Learn  how to detect faults in wine with Winemaker Kevin Lantz, of Lantz Cellars in Lake Stevens. He will walk you through spoilage, cork taint, oxidation, heat & light damage using a sensory experience of sights, smells, tastes and visions. He will also explain that all faults are not bad.


6-8 p.m. 5 wines and small bites.
