Seattle native Mina Williams learned a lot about food and wine as a journalist for national publications. During her time as an employee at Blanc & Rouge she earned her Certified Specialist of Wine and is a Certified Sommelier.
Bruce has enjoyed wine during his 38 year marriage to Mina. A former sales pro in high tech, he enjoys the people aspect of the wine industry.
Sandy's past retail experience and her keen eye as a portrait photographer made her a stand-out when she applied for a position at Blanc & Rouge. Since joining the team she has become an expert on local wines and is studying to complete the Wine Spectator industry certificate.
A mutual friend brought Marlene to Blanc & Rouge. Her eclectic background raising alpacas for fiber arts, running a recreational vehicle business and owning a restaurant fit right into spearheading our special events and catering.
When Blanc & Rouge expanded its offerings to include small plates we knew we needed a pro to assemble the offerings and properly present them to guests. Brianna's serving experience in downtown Seattle was just what we were looking for.
Marc & Christian have just joined the team. They bring years of wine experience to Blanc & Rouge. Marc has served tables in Aspen and represents international wine producers. Whidbey native Christian has worked for restaurants since he was 14 years-old including high-end restaurants such as Seattle's Rover's.
