Seattle native Mina Williams learned a lot about food and wine as a journalist for national publications. During her time as an employee at Blanc & Rouge she earned her Certified Specialist of Wine and is a Certified Sommelier.
Bruce has enjoyed wine during his 38 year marriage to Mina. A former sales pro in high tech, he enjoys the people aspect of the wine industry.
When Blanc & Rouge expanded its offerings to include wine by the glass & small plates we knew we needed a foodservice pro to properly present food & wine to our guests. Brianna's restaurant & bar experience in downtown Seattle was just what we were looking for as our Wine Bar Manager.
Greg comes to us from one of our top distributors. He is a career wine representative with a tremendous background in Old World selections. When not helping customers find that perfect bottle he enjoys classical chamber music.
Matt & Christian bring years of wine experience to Blanc & Rouge. Matt has served tables in top restaurants in his hometown, Sun Valley, since he was a teen. Whidbey native Christian has worked for restaurants since he was 14 years-old including high-end restaurants including Seattle's Rover's.
Arielle's enthusiasm is infectious. She has Northern California restaurant roots and has followed her family to Snohomish. When not greeting customers she works as a Doula for new moms and creates jewelry.
Ally is our new Wine Club Manager. She makes sure new members are welcomed and every member's desire is recorded. A winemaker herself, Ally was most recently the Woodenville tasting room manager for Forgeron. Additionally she does production work at Chatter Creek.
